个人简介
国家重点研发计划项目负责人国家自然科学基金优秀青年获得者广东省“特支计划”科技创新青年拔尖人才广州市科技计划珠江新星中国科学院青年创新促进会会员中国科学院广州分院优秀青年科技工作者
2007年本科毕业于湖北大学生物科学专业,2012年毕业于中国科学院广州生物医药与健康研究院,获理学博士学位,并获得优秀毕业生以及中国科学院院长优秀奖。
2012年7月起受聘中国科学院广州生物医药与健康研究院,历任助理研究员、副研究员、研究员。
研究兴趣
体细胞重编程的机理和应用;多能干细胞维持与分化;细胞命运调控;生物进化;多学科交叉。具体包括:
(1)基于iPSC(诱导多能干细胞)和PNT(干细胞始发态-基态转变)细胞命运调控过程的机制研究;
(2)生殖细胞的体外诱导及生殖发育机理;
(3)多物种多能干细胞建系及疾病动物模型建立;
(4)细胞命运转变过程的多维数据分析与数学建模。
